Several privacy issues immerged in this Complaint involving a housing project for veterans. The Organization operating the housing complex collected information from tenants such as wills and other legal documents; and required tenants to report overnight guests and/or absences.
However notable also was the complex's video surveillance cameras which operated 24/7 in the interior and exterior, which captured "every movement a tenant makes inside and outside of their apartment building. Further, the Organization provides every tenant access to the video surveillance in real time" on a television channel.
