August 6th, 2023 --- The EU is working to regulate artificial intelligence (AI) as part of its digital strategy to ensure responsible development and use of this technology.
The European Commission proposed the first EU regulatory framework for AI in April 2021, which classifies AI systems based on the risks they pose to users, with different levels of regulation.
